Arzeda designed a family of custom enzymes that convert stevia leaf extract into premium Reb D and Reb M sweeteners at commercial scale — cleaner taste, better economics, and a fraction of the traditional extraction time. ViaLeaf™ is the Arzeda-owned product; Mane commercializes it through their global food-and-beverage channels under a joint arrangement.
